Simply fill the steamer with water and assemble the frame and steambath. Place a chair (not supplied) in the sauna and then connect the steamer to the bathtub. Then, plug the steamer into the plug socket, sit back and enjoy. Steam at about 45 degree's C is produced from the inflatable steamer that is controlled by its own timer and introduced into the totally enclosed bathtub.
